London Club Wear
During college I spent a semester studying in London. Our first weekend in the city, I went with several of my roommates to a club downtown. Where I’m from, typical club wear is skinny jeans and a dressy top, so that’s what I wore to the club. As we arrived in the line, I quickly realized that I was under dressed.
The girls in front of us in line were wearing their best sexy short skirts and mini-dresses in bright bold colors. Their heels seemed miles high, as did their hair. I made it through the night, but vowed the next time we went out on the town I would adhere to the local dress code.

And, long hair is no longer in fashion for ladies over 52.
