Dress for a Special Evening
I’ll be the first to admit that I live in my jeans and t-shirts. They’re comfortable and easy to throw on if I oversleep. Every now and then, I don’t mind playing dress up. My boyfriend definitely loves seeing me in more formal outfits, so sometimes he plans special evenings that come with a dress code.
Last weekend he planned one such evening. He made reservations at a fancy restaurant downtown that has a strict jacket and tie policy. It took me a while to go through my limited collection of evening gowns, but eventually I settled on a blue, long halter-top dress. I must say, when the hair and make-up is all done right, I do clean up pretty well!

Lingerie has come a long way from bulky boned corsets, girdles and other restrictive foundation garments worn in by women in the past. Today, lingerie is designed for the woman as a person rather than the woman as an object. Lingerie is now made to be comfortable in addition to being sexy.
Sexy lingerie and lingerie inspired street wear and clubwear is showing up everywhere from lingerie stores to conservative department stores. There are basically four main categories of lingerie: Practical Lingerie, Sexy Lingerie, Naughty Lingerie and Clubwear Lingerie.
Rollin’, Rollin’, Rollin’, Catalogs Are Rollin’
It’s the end of 2009 and another year is coming to a close. While the majority of the world is focusing on sending off the old year with a big party and ringing in the new year, manufacturers of sexy clothing are finishing up their catalogs for the upcoming year. Now is the time to visit your favorite websites or retail stores. If there is an item you’ve had your eye on but just haven’t purchased, now might be the time to do it.
Most manufacturers catalogs start to roll over to the new year in January and February and many manufacturers are already beginning to close out and discontinue certain styles or colors they will not be carrying over to 2010. While you may or may not be able to get a bargain or even a discount, the time may be drawing to a close for getting that special something in that perfect color. We’ve already noticed that the manufacturers offering for sexy women’s chaps, plentiful in the past several years, certainly appear to be on the decline.
